Goals
Short term 2007:
To positing the PDCHA for future opportunities with greater administrative efficiency & accountability in a positive
cash flow situation while working towards better membership communication and participation.
Long term 2008 - 2011:
- Complete required infrastructure repairs
- Continue to build on membership benefits
