Daily & Season's Pass Info:

• Daily pass - $2.00 (unlimited daily access)
• Season's pass - $30.00 + $5.00 (card) (unlimited access for the season)
• Season opens on May long weekend and ends Labor Day weekend.
• Wharf access from 10:00 AM until 1:00 PM (7 - days per week)
• To purchase season's pass phone - (506) 532-8265. Can be purchased at either Red Building beside the toll booth or at the lighthouse office located at the 2'nd floor of the lighthouse.

Gas Bar & Pump Out Station:

• Regular Gasoline and Diesel available @ $1.59/litre
• Daily and after hours service call: (506) 312-3211 (506) 532-8265
• We provide pump out for your boats @ $10.00 per usage. Note: Cost will cover the maintenance cost for the season. Also please help keep our waters and environment clean for everyone else to enjoy.

Slip / Boat Launch:

• Hours of operations: 10:00 AM until 9:00 PM
• Daily usage cost: $20.00

• We have a total of 25 berths (Inside Wharf Marina)
• Berth length & Pricing:

0 - 22' Feet: $ 1000 + HST (+10%)
23 - 35' Feet: $ 1200 + HST
36 - 45' Feet: $ 1400 + HST
45 +Feet: $ 1600 + HST

• Note: Each berth includes 1 season's pass for the gate and FREE Boat Launch.
• Washrooms and Showers available
• Season starts May and ends in October

Pan Am Wharf Marina:

• We have a total of 30 Berths (Pan Am Wharf Marina)
• Berth Length & Pricing: Metal Docks 40' long and 40' between berths = $1200.00 + HST (For the season) Note: Each berth includes 1 season's pass for the gate and FREE Boat Launch.

• No memberships (Year to year boater agreement)

Daily & Nightly Docking Available:

• 1/2 Day Docking = $20.00

• We have over 50 signs available on the wharf.
• Full colour signs
• All signs are left in place for a one year period.
• Approx. 500,000 people visit the wharf each season.
